This work is related to the understanding of the STDP curve in the cortical microcircuit.
We are trying to understand the biological processes behind the STDP and how they are related to neurological diseases like schizophrenia.
In this work we provided an analytical solution to the STDP with a learning rule based on the derivative of the post synaptic potential that is compatible with the current discoveries of LTD.
